This Privacy Policy sets out the principles for the processing and protection of personal data obtained from Users using the baliorganicspa.pl website, located at www.baliorganicspa.pl (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), provided by Bali Organic Spa, with its registered office at ul. Pogodna 4C, lok. U8 15-354 Białystok (hereinafter referred to as "Bali Organic Spa").

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"), Bali Organic Spa hereby informs you that it is the controller of the personal data provided by the User when using the Website. The personal data obtained are processed in accordance with the Regulation and, where required by its content, with the User's consent.

  2. Bali Organic Spa collects only the data necessary to conclude the contract and provide the service selected by the User, to respond to inquiries submitted to Bali Organic Spa, and to provide information about its offerings.

  3. When ordering a service, Bali Organic Spa collects the data entered by the User in contact forms. This data includes:

                                       e-mail address

                                       telephone number

                                       other personal data voluntarily entered by the User in the contact form.

4. In cases required by the Regulation, the User consents to the processing of their personal data electronically, by checking the appropriate box when completing the form on the Website. 6. The basis for processing the personal data provided by the User by Bali Organic Spa is the need to perform the contract and, at the User's request, to take the necessary steps before entering into the contract (Article 6, paragraph 1, point b) of the Regulation).

The User's personal data will be stored in a form that allows for the User's identification for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data were collected and lawfully processed. Therefore, personal data will be stored for the period necessary to perform the contract and provide the service selected by the User. After this time, the data will be processed for the period necessary to resolve any potential disputes that may arise in connection with the services provided, e.g., claims (this period will include the limitation period for claims arising from the contract, in accordance with applicable regulations).


8. Bali Organic Spa does not profile Users' personal data.


Entrustment of Personal Data

Entrustment of the processing of Users' personal data or other data referred to in the Privacy Policy may occur on the basis of a written agreement concluded in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation with entities providing services to Bali Organic Spa, such as accounting, hosting, server administration, and other services necessary to provide the service to the User.
